Dabao bag was established in 1995, located in Quanzhou. It′s a comprehensive enterprise integrating bags design, development, production and sales. During nearly 25 years′ development, it has become one of the experienced and professional bag manufacturers with the skillful and dedicated workforce of approx. 500 including workers and office staffs. We are proud of the fact almost 80% of workers are from local nearby villages and have been working with us for more than an average of 12 years. Thus, we hardly face any shipment issue during or after CNY time.

We have our own international standard Five-star garden-style workshops, covering an area of 18, 300 square meters and equipped with advanced production facilities.

We built a professional sampling room composed of lead designers, pattern makers and skilled workers. They work closely together to make sure the samples meet the develop concepts and practical for mass production. Each sample is well designed, strictly evaluated, tested and improved before it′s ready for the market. Equipped with laser cutting machines for efficiency and accurate cutting, CAD machines & paper pattern machines. The capacity of making approx 600 samples a month.

The company has the advanced computer testing center to conduct comprehensive testing for each batch of bags from raw materials to finished products. Applying lean production in our factory to ensure all steps are well controlled, greatly improve the efficiency and quick respond to our clients.

Meanwhile, all of our materials used are recyclable or eco friendly, thus to save the resources of our earth and no harmful to people′s health. We′ve successfully passed various audits and the required of certificates, such as BSCI, GRS, ISO9 0 0 1 that we just name a few.
